Shipping policy

Shipping Locations

We currently ship only within the United Kingdom. This includes England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and UK public holidays).
Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details where applicable.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times within the UK are as follows:

  • Standard Delivery: 3–5 business days after dispatch

  • Express Delivery (if offered): 1–2 business days after dispatch

Please note that we primarily use Royal Mail only for delivery, and as such times are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control, such as courier delays or peak periods. Dispatch will typically be with 1 working day of placing the order, for example if the order is placed on Wednesday before noon, the order will be dispatched by close of play the next day. If the order was placed on a Friday or weekend, the order will be processed on Monday with the dispatch taking place on Tuesday.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase. Any applicable delivery charges depend on the delivery method selected.

Tracking

Where available, tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to update.

Delays

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to weather, courier issues, or other unforeseen circumstances. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers but will assist you where possible.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
